Delete your account

You can ask us to delete your Nostalgy.AI account, your photos and your data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email privacy@nostalgy.dev from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my Nostalgy.AI account”. If you only want certain photos deleted, tell us which ones (or say “all photos”) and we’ll keep your account open.

We’ll confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. If you write from a different address, we may ask you to verify that the account is yours.

Before you ask: download any photos and videos you want to keep from your Gallery or Account page. Deleted photos can’t be recovered, and unused credits are lost.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details
• All your uploaded photos, restored images and videos
• Your restoration history, credit balance and referral codes

What we keep

• Payment records (amount, date, pack and payment reference) are kept as long as required for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. They don’t include your photos.
• Security logs are deleted on their regular schedule.
• Our AI providers may keep processed images for a short time under their own terms before deleting them.
